have your image ready and opened your paintshop pro, i'll be usin hannabeth as our example.
were gonna go from this :

to this:

1. Create a NEW RASTER LAYER and floodfil with #030622
2. Set to EXCLUSION at 100%
3. Create another NEW RASTER LAYER and floodfill with #fdce94
4. Set that layer to OVERLAY at 28%
5. save this rexture texture

6. open it up in psp right click it, then copy
7. Create another NEW RASTER LAYER
8. Go to Edit and then paste as new lay
9. Then set the created layer to lighten
10. yay, you're done with it good luck =]

How in the world do I enter a floodfill #, I can not figure it out. Please help...............

how do you choose the #030622
if corel paintshop only allows you to choose the color
not type in the color??

To Taytay01, all you have to do is use the paint bucket tool to fill the raster layer.

excuse me i wus just wonderinq because idk how to put a color into a raster layer so if you kuld please make a tutorial that explans how please becasue im just a beqiner at this kinda thinq lolx . but if you do kan you tell me my myspace is
