A Simple One-Column DIV Layout (comments)

where should i go to learn how to do detailed div overlays?

I had this layout where just all sections were moved into one column, that's basically all I need, no special DIV decorations or header images..

What is the difference with HTML and CSS? Can you still imbed HTML stuff on a CSS Layout.. I dont get it. Some reason Css dont work very well for me, but it is easer to understand.
