1.) Open up Paintshop Pro and paste or create your image.
ex.
2.) Make a new Vector or Raster Layer.
Layers>New Raster/Vector Layer
But I'm pretty sure by using the text tool it should already create a new vector layer for you.
3.) Now make sure your text is in white now type whatever you want.
4.)Now go to Layers>>Properties and set the Blend Mode to Overlay.
Now I have this!

deveyon its probably way to long to rely, officially over a year. but its a gradient. you click on the color and then the gradient tabe and there you have it :)
