First, open up your base.



Next make a new layer and fill it with #dfa0e1, set it to multiply(70%). Merge it with previous layer.

Then go to color > curves. You can put your settings like you want to, but the outcome should be something like this:



Next make a new layer and fill it with #f4b098 and set it to multiply(50&). Then merge it with previous layer.

Now go to color > color balance. Put it like this:

-20
0
0

in midtones.

And ta-da, you should be all done! (:
