Perfect Div Alignment

The fifth line in about me changes where the top of the div is. The sixth is the width. The seventh is the z-index. (like layers) Change the eighth line to how many pixels left of the center of the page to place the left side of the div. You can also make it right of the center by removing the negative.

In the I'd like to meet section the third line is the height of the div.
