@Rawrio: This is actually pretty simple to follow. If you don't understand it, you might need to learn the basics of PS first.

it comes out soo much pretty than the old tutorial that i was using to edit my pictures. (:

I did all of that [correctly, almost?] and it turned my image just a pink color with the image kind of showing through, not really highlighted.
But on my layer opacity it says 80.0 and whatnot with no signs of a PERCENTAGE...
