gosh this is the best code i've found so far, and thank you sheispretty for the tips otherwise i wouldn't have been able to see the overlays i made!

i had to remove the first 2 lines to get my overlay to show up, but it removed all those annoying additions myspace have recently been messing with. so thank you!

i can't say i'm a fan.
when you say it hides everything, it really does. the DIVs i had used to make my layout won't even show.
