everything just don't match. the setup, the details in the banner. the colors are very nice though. although you have rollovers, you might wanna retouch them.

I love the banner; however, i dislike the content area specifically how you set things up. Maybe a border will help? cuz the content is randomly floating. The navigation could use a little work as well. Other than that, this layout is pretty good. :) nice job.
