our community pool isn't open yet. i hate that they don't just give us keys so we can go whenever we want.

I have yet to use the pool in my apartment complex since I just go to my boyfriend's parent's house. But sometimes their pool is disgustingly hot. Last time we went in, it was 90. freaking. degrees. That's just not refreshing on a hot day... it's like taking a bath or something

this is how it's been the last few days that i've tried to go swimming. hot and gross. wasn't fun at all. this is why i haven't gone to the pool all summer. went to the beach once. that was fun. didn't swim so much as get knocked backwards by the high tides. |
