When I open my computer why does it take longer for the desktop to load now and days?=\ It wasn't like this a few days ago.

Could Be:
1)Spyware/Adware (google spybot search and destroy, install, update, scan pc, delete anything it finds) 2)Virus (use ur antivirus or AVG program to full system scan your system) 3)Computer running out of harddrive space(should have at least a few gbs free, if not, delete stuff) |

You probably got a virus or spyware or adware, or something of the like. Or something's running in the background causing it to slow. That's all i can think of.

Do Ctrl + Alt + Del, then go to Processes, tell me what's taking the most CPU and Mem usage when your desktop is loading.
Screen shot would work. |
