Running. Works for your legs mainly. and your butt. i wanna start running but im so lazy. and when i run i loose my breathe pretty fast, but my legs never get tired. it sucks..!

Well..I play tennis, so we have to run a lot. I always have straining on my....groin! We have to do this thing where we stretch our leg as far out as we can and drag the other leg. We do it really fast too. It really really works on your bum. ^^
But yeah, running, and sprints, and suicides. They work really good. |
