How can I lose weight and become skinny?

There are many answers to this question.
1.Stop eating
2.Run around a bit then sittin on your booty infront of the computer
3.Drop the McDonalds and pick up a apple
4.Weight Lifting..Its a new thing, try it

How can I gain weight?

1. Just eat...its not that hard..
2. Maybe you can go on Steriods. Im sure thats a way to gain weight

I got a little flab on my belly..How do I get rid of it?

Get a job, save up about $100,000 and get liposuction

Im thinking about going on a diet...any tips?

well if they really do wanna lose weight they can actually run around and eat salads or something as i said above.

and to gain weight, they should just eat. i mean it aint tht hard. ita basically a mix of truth and comedy

great topic, but i would like to comment on a few things.

1.) Weight training isnt a good way to loose weight. Nautless and arobitcs (running, jogging, etc) is what you need to be doing. Why? Weight training builds mucle, which ways more than fat, which will make you gain insted of lose. So be careful with weights.

The quickest way to loose is to definitly run or jog. Try for a mile every other day, if you cna do 3 then great you will loose fast, but jogging and running are 2 of the best ways to loose weight the natural way. Watch what you eat but dont starv yourself.


Anyways the topic is good, maybe peeps wills top asking so many damn questions

Hey, thanks a LOT for making this topic. Sick of seeing: "How do I loose weight?" "Am I fat?" "Omg! Do I weigh too much for my height?!?!"

Just to add - a well balanced work out 30 min a day, 3-5 days a week helps tone down. It takes awhile, but in time, works. (Eh? That's what my teacher says, I'm attempting to listen to him). Personally, I overwork myself.

Lately I have been doing every other day:
20 push ups, 40 sit ups, 40 crunches, 100 Jumping Jacks, 50 punchs to the left, 50 puches to the right, 1 minute of high knees, 1 minute of butt kicks, 1 minute of jogging in place, 1 minute of ski jumps (right and left), 1 minute of jumpin back and forth , and, of course, streching.

But as I said, I over work myself. If you do 10-20 of each you'll be good.

yawn.gif It tires you out though... and you GOTTA have water at hand to drink, keep yourself hydrated.

That's all I got to say....
