Josh, wow. What did Sammi ever do to you? It's not like Sammi is the first person to be hired directly from a mentor position. Suzzette was hired directly from a mentor position to a Head Staff position. Not trying to start an argument or perpetuate the Sammi as Admin debate (because it really has nothing to do with moderator performance), but I think that some people might be forgetting that.

I think that the Design staffers are doing a tremendous job with the queue.

Actually, Rachel, I have to disagree. If you feel that anything you've posted would be on equal footing with that bashing-wise, link me to it, and I'll evaluate whether or not to give you a verbal warning over it.

If you feel that something has been unbalanced, it is probably because someone should have acted towards you, not that Frankie shouldn't have acted here, because I feel that that was completely warranted.

Josh - You are taking this too far. =] If you have valid complaints about Sammi, take it to moderator performance. Don't keep borderline-bashing, you have already been verbally warned. It would be extremely unfortunate if you got warned, because you couldn't effectively express your opinion.
