I think having a penus is probably easier then having a vagina becuase with a penis all you have to worry about is that no one hits it or getting a boner in school or some other public place. With a vagina its alot harder because you have to go through periods and discharge, in my opinnion thats worse. Plus guys cant get pregnat!
