Ah, it'll be odd not having Tina as a mod anymore. She's been one ever since I started posting here. pinch.gif Good luck with whatever it is, though.

not to ruin the moment or anything, but why is that when someone steps down, they are demanded by the rest of staff to rejoin later? they obviously have their reasons and i fully think they should go through the hiring process again instead of p/ming a mod and asking to rejoin. i can't just do that, so if they are placed into the regular member pool, they should be treated as such.

I definitely don't think they are demanded to rejoin staff. I think they rejoin on their own.

We currently do have a statement in place that states if a mod steps down they have to reapply for the position. Expectations may be made on a case by case basis, however, those actions are deemed as rare.

If you're going to be tiresome, do at least do it with good grammar.

Bye, Tina.

Irony, bitch.

So you mean when the mod is a buddy of one of the admins, that's when the exception is made right?

Nope, not at all. And if you could please be so kind as to pinpoint where I said exactly that I would appreciate it.

Stand out as in helping the community.

Stop generalizing peoples sentences if you don't mind, it's really irritating.

Well, why not? If people are excited about someone staying on, being promoted or any other type of staff change (like and admin/head staff staying on as a mentor), why not let them show their enthusiasm?

Having said that, thanks for staying, Mona. :] flowers.gif

We say YAY and WOO because we're glad Mona's still going to be around. Speaking of which... it seems quite odd that she's not around as much.
