i need help, my layout is good but da "comment" codes are weird |

i posted the codes like im supposed to but the codes for the "comment box" always seem to appear on my pg i cant take it off...pls help!

I'm assuming this is for Myspace, so it needs to be moved. Can you share the code you're using?
