i've never had mango salsa I can vouch for both of these. Mango Salsa * 1 1/2 cups chopped peeled mangoes * 1 1/2 cups chopped tomatoes * 2 tablespoons minced cilantro * 2 tablespoons lime juice * 1 tablespoon finely chopped seeded jalapeno pepper * 1 teaspoon minced peeled ginger 1. Combine all the ingredients in a glass or plastic container; cover and chill. 2. Enjoy. Cinnamon Tortilla Chips 7 tortilla chips * 7 small flour tortillas * water * 7 tablespoons sugar * 3 1/2 tablespoons cinnamon 1. Preheat oven to 450°. 2. Cut the flour tortillas into 6 wedges each. Brush cut edges with water. 3. Sprinkle with a mixture of 1 tablespoon sugar and 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon. 4. Bake 5 to 10 minutes or until crisp. |
