Drink lots of water instead of soda and I mean a lot. I drink a gallon a day regularlly and I've been losing a lot of weight (I'm already really small...5'4 115 pounds) and I have to pee a lot but water always helps =).

run, run, run. i lost inches off of my entire body from running everyday, and completly cutting out soda, candy, chips etc. from my diet, and trust me it works. i lost a lot of weight just from doing that, and the best part about it is people actually notice the improvement. go for it and good luck
