if it had been similar to any topics, sori. hey girls.i need help. i want to slim down my thighs and bum. any suggested/good excercise? ::::i don't want running, this will make my legs look even worse //edit//sori i type boobs, i want to say my bum. |

i don't think you can slim your boobs down.
and running is actually one of the BETTER ways to slim down your thighs. |

eat healthier and run. sorry, but running is pretty much a necessity.
