Josh, wow. What did Sammi ever do to you? It's not like Sammi is the first person to be hired directly from a mentor position. Suzzette was hired directly from a mentor position to a Head Staff position. Not trying to start an argument or perpetuate the Sammi as Admin debate (because it really has nothing to do with moderator performance), but I think that some people might be forgetting that. I think that the Design staffers are doing a tremendous job with the queue. |

Only thing I see as "bashing" would be the intelligence comment. He is just speaking out against Sammi, same as Holly did, just with a few more curse words. I've called people bitches etc and haven't gotten a verbal warning...

Actually, Rachel, I have to disagree. If you feel that anything you've posted would be on equal footing with that bashing-wise, link me to it, and I'll evaluate whether or not to give you a verbal warning over it.
If you feel that something has been unbalanced, it is probably because someone should have acted towards you, not that Frankie shouldn't have acted here, because I feel that that was completely warranted. But if it's a question of fairness to you, hit me up. |

I didn't respond to the "offending" bits because I would rather not engage in a personal fight like that because I don't think it would be at all productive or constructive. Obviously I would not think I am a bitch; it's unlikely anyone would wholeheartedly agree with a comment like that about themselves, so that "argument" would go around in circles.
