NOTE! This tutorial uses selective coloring, so not translatable! :( Sorry guys!

So today we'll do this: from this:

Let's get started! Open up your photo, I'll be using this photo of Zui Suicide:

Duplicate your base twice. Set the first duplicate to screen 100% and the second to soft light 100%.

Next layer > new adjustment layer > selective coloring. Put the settings like this:

Reds: cyan -100
yellow 100

Yellows: cyan 100
yellow -100

Neutrals: cyan -10
magneta -17
yellow -30
black 42

Then another selective coloring layer:

Reds: cyan -80
yellow 100

Yellows: cyan 100
yellow -100

Neutrals: cyan 20

Then layer > new fill layer > solid color with #042a44, set to exclusion 100%

Duplicate that layer and set to soft light 100%

Layer > new fill layer > solid color with #d3d3d3, color burn 100%

And that's it :-------)

To be honest, I think the reds could have been toned down a bit..
I like this effect and all, but to me, it seems like her whole skin is sunburned. o_o

I like the 6th picture of the tutorial though. ^_^ When her eyes really stand out, and her skin is like milky white.

Lovely final product, I love how the reds are brought out, and the exclusion layer made a really strong and nice difference(:
