I like how the banner images is LONG and pretty. I like how the image is duplicated and the opacity looks lowered on the right. :) *thumbs up*

Although the content area and sidebar (I think) is completely misaligned on this one, I kinda like the header and stuff. The X's along the thick border make it look more .. nice, haha. I like blends on the banner, too.
