i like everything except the huge snowflake in the upper left. It takes away from theimage in my opinion.

The snowflake in the top left adds a nice touch and keeps the banner from being too plain. I like the gray of the whole layout...and the fact that it says "snow" in French rather than English. x)

I love the calmness of this layout....I can almost "hear" the snow.

Not bad! I like the way the top image fades down into just normal grey ;)
