Ah, incredible structure once again. I like your incorporation of textures.
This is strangly dark and mysterious but bright and beautiful at the same time! Keep up the fantastic work!!
Oh, and when I say links, I mean the links in the content area. As for the links in the navigation, I think they would look better without a background color when you hover over them. :)
It looks really nice. The texture really compliments the grungy look on the banner, which btw, has some nice color and not to mention, quality as well. The only thing that bugs me is the content area design, I'm not too sure about that solid black color for the background, I might like it better if it were a more gray-ish color. Also, the links should be a more subtler, lighter blue -probably like between a semi-dark cerulean and a bright teal.
