Okay, so I was really really bored... So, while I was surfing the internet I found

this picture, loved it, and decided to make a layout out of it. Okay? I don't like

Wizards of Waverly place in the slightest, and I'm not exactly a fan of Selena, but

better her than Miley. ^_^<br><br>If you want to put a new content header in, put

you want to put a new navigation link in, put <textarea><a href="URL"

Internet Explorer, and it works fine in both. (It looks better in Firefox though.)
