wow, I like how it's laid out :)
I like the banner too, not sure why :) as it's just a woman, lol, but it's quite effective to me :)
Maybe center it? :)
On my screen resolution it's more to the left.

I would have chosen a photo with more life since there's not much going on in this one.
Everything is off in Opera, and probably Firefox, too.
It's a nice layout though.
