Yeah, it's off for me too. It's probably the difference in screen resolutions. To fix that, just place align="center" into the second table style.

Other then that though, this is a neato layout; nice colors.

Hmm.. I tested it in firefox/IE, but I don't have netscape. =/ Everything has been working fine for me.

same in mozilla its all aligned to the left except the image

next time you take a screen shot you might want to move your start bar to the bottom instead of the side.
and on netscape the image header is centered but the content isn't. its flushed to the left of the page
