I need to start working with the pen tool more. Get into more complicated shapes and experiment a bit. I need to learn how to work Wordpress too, I think this design would look very WP friendly, but it will do as a site layout for now. How to make my createblog's blog as my index page

Index.html is the default page your link leads a visitor, in other words, if I had webuildfire.com, the link would lead me to the index.html file. You can use the template for any page name, it just so happens if you don't want to use a splash page, you should put the code in the index.html as default. If you want to use a splash page, you would lead visitors to your welcome.html link with the template.

I think I might use this temporairly it's beautiful
I was wondering if you could help me out though, you mention index.html, my index.html is in a notepad file and I only have my home page html in there.... when I change that files name to welcome.html the website works fine still. So what I'm asking is what is the index.html?

You can go find some email scripts around the web. If you have php enabled, there are many great options. If not, I highly recommend the one at jotform.com

And I do paid commissions, I've lowered the cost substantially starting at $15 (from $50 :D)

Love the design - simple, yet effective. I'm the webmistress for my Senior Class website and I was wondering if I could use your template and just change a few things. I understand if you say no - it's just that I'm good with coding, just not starting it from scratch. I totally suck in that aspect lol. So if you could hit me back with a response, that would be awesome. Thanks a lot!
