I was debated WHETHER ~~weather( Did I spell that right.. ? )~~ or not to actually make a wallpaper out of this.

But after looking on Yunhue's LJ She made some beautiful textures , and I couldn't just pass them up. I've found the perfect image of Lady GaGa , which I got from ultimate-gaga.com

I kinda had artist block when I making it , I think it looks plain , but overall I'm happy with it. I vectored the lighting bolt on her face , and changed the colours of her lips , eyeshadow , gave her some pale blush , and messed with her hair colour a little bit.
