Hey, Can you help me out a little please

this is what happens when i download fonts from dafont.com usin Internet Explorer or Mozilla Fire Fox
sorry my screen shot button didnt suddenly work lol

what it says is:

The (name of font).ttf file is currently been used and cannot be replaced.
Wait until Windows is finished using the file, and then try again.

and then theres the ok button & if you click onit the box takes off
and i dont understand why .?

the Extract means Extract all.

hahaokay i changed some of itso it says i have windows xpand theres two more images.to show control paneland appearance and themes folder
