First, you should open up MS Paint two times, so you have two different screens.
After you have done that, you should open the first image in one screen.
Once you have done that you should go to edit>>Paste from and paste in this image

Once that is done you'll notice that it blocks the other image. While its still selected go to image>>Draw Opaque and make sure it is unchcked. Now the image looks darker. like this.

Once that is done, go to the second paint screen and open the second image.
Copy the firt and paste it in with black as your secondary color. Once again, make sure Image>>Draw Opaque is unchecked.
Once you paste it in it should look something like this.

After you have finished, open up Photoimpression 5 and select your image. Then go to enhance and then fix. Once you have done that, click on blur/sharpen. Move the little green circle over to the left until you are satisfied with the blurriness of the image. for me 50 is about right. This step should look like this.

Once you are finished, go ahead and add anything else you want to add to make it pretty! I'm gonna leave it the way it is. After you're done go ahead and save it! Then you have blended your pretty picture! Yay!
Here's the finished product!
