	1. Get your image. I am using this picture of Morpheus that I have cut out already:
2. Once you have cut out your image, make a new layer, fill it with white, and place it underneath your picture, then go to filter > blur > Gaussian Blur. Use a setting of 5 or 6. I used 5, and heres what you should get:
3. Then go to edit > Fade guassian blur… then choose opacity is 100 and and make sure the blending mode is set to hard light. You should end up with this:
