1. Open up a 500x500, however, any size is fine.
2. Use your gradient tool and select the one that makes a circle:
3. Filter>>pixelate>>crystalize. Set cell size at 15, this can vary, depending on how small or big you want the cracks to be.
4. Go to your sharpen tool on your left bar, and rub it all over your crystalized lines. But don't rub too much, or else it'll turn out too shiny. If you do it right, you'll see a cracked glass effect begin to take place.
5. Finally, go to filter>>blur>>smart blur. I set them at these settings: (but you can do any, depending on how you want it)
