001. Open up your image.
002. On your Tool area, select the brush tool.
003. Where it says mode, make sure it's on color [optional, depends on what you like]. And in opacity, 100% [I prefer to use 100% but its optional]
004. You can choose what ever size you want your brush to be and now you can start changing anythings color! :D
