I deicded to make a border tutorial, since some of you guys don't know how to make some of them. I am going to use banners that are not made by me!!

Solid Border

1)Choose a color
2)Select>>All
3)Edit>>Stroke
4)Change px size to 2, 3, etc. (change the px size to the size that satisfy you), and choose, "inside"

There you go, you are done!!!

Now, for a more complexed one!

ANT TRAIL BORDER

1)File>>New
2)Select Color
3)Select>>All
4)Edit>>Stroke
5)Change px size to 2 (or whichever size), and choose, "inside"
6)Go to the Layer Palette (on the bottom right, where it shows all your layer, background, etc.), and at the very top there is a pull down menu, click on it, and choose dissolve
7)Lower the opacity to about 20%, or play around with the opacity numbers until you are satisfied!

Double Border

1)File>>New
2)Select a color
3)Select>>All
4)Edit>>Stroke
5)Change the px size to "3px", choose "inside", and then press "okay"
6)Select another color
7)Select>>All
8)Edit>>Stroke
9)Change the px size to, "2px", make sure 'inside' is chosen, and then press 'okay'
10)Select the 1st color you had
11)Select>>All
12)Edit>>Stroke
12)Change the px size to, "1px", make sure 'inside' is chosen,and then press 'okay'
