filter >> sketch >> halftone pattern
settings for mine:
size: 1
contrast: 0
pattern type: line
[you dont have to use the same settings as me]
set the duplicated layer's blending mode to multiply [may lower opacity if necessary]

	omg, thank you for this one. i know i've done it once on my own, but most of the time the color always overlayed my original image and i couldnt stand it. but thanks.
