Ok, I am going to teach you how to have only a stroked text with photofiltre. Please, know your photofiltre basic buttons. =]
Open your image up in photofiltre.
Now go to your text button.
Type whatever you want. Now after you have the text you want, click "Transfrom to selection"
This will give your text little moving dots around it in the form of your text.
Now, after you see that, you simply go to Edit>>Stoke and Fill. Now, you can stroke your text in whatever color you want it to be.
