Well I just discovered this and thought it was kind of cool so I thought I would post it!
I am going to show you how to make something like this:
So first open up a new image in psp, i used 400 x 400 but any square will work. Pic two colors, a darker one and a lighter one. Fill in the backround with the darker one, and put stripes of the lighter one on it. It really doesn't matter what you use.
Now go to Effects >> Reflection Effects >> Kaleidoscope
Now go to Effects >> Texture Effects >> Blinds and copy these settings:
Finally, go, once again to Effects >> Reflection Effects >> Kaleidoscope. You should end up with something like this:
Its pretty simple, but it looks pretty cool. It seems to work better when you have a greater contrast between colors, like this one I did earlier:
Enjoy it!
