Tutorial
Click on thumbnailed images to enlarge
o1. First go to Start - My computer
o2. Second wait till the file opens then click on Loca Disk
o3. Third click on Program FIles
o4. Fourth click on the file thats says Adobe
o5. Five click on the Photoshop p7.0 or any program u want to intall plug in but in my case i choose Photoshop 7.0
o6. Sixth wait till the file open and Click on Plug-Ins
o7. Seventh wait till the fill opens then click on watever u want to still the Plug-Ins @ (for example if u want to install it on effects and click on it and drag the fie in that folder.)
