And Do this:

Steps:
1)open the picture you want to use and edit it the way you want.
2)once you're satisfied,copy and paste it as a new image.
3)then go to edit > Stroke And Fill and uncheck the Stroke.
Fill the picture with one or two color shades darker than white(a dull*yellow* white)
4)then Click the Text Tool.
Make Sure it's WHITE with a dropped shadow of one or two in both sections.(X And Y)
5)then type your text and put it on the blank image in the same spot you want it to be on the original edited photo.
6)then right click >Copy and mask it Black onto the original picture:)

what are you talking about . ? there is no edit stroke and fill .
