Easy Starburst Effect

Tutorial

Click on thumbnailed images to enlarge

Step 1.

Open a new document
( I used a 800 by 600 pixel document)

Step 2.

Select 2 colors u want to use

Step 3.

Click on the Gradient Tool.

Step 4.

Find the center of you page (view in grid mode or ruler to make it easier to find the middle)

HOLD DOWN SHIFT ( this makes a straight line) from the top of ur page to the bottom.

and this should happen...

Step 5.

Then go to FILTER > DISTORT > WAVE

use these settings

Step 6.

go to FILTER > DISTORT > POLAR COORDINATES

Thats it!!
