We're going to be turning this:
Into This:
Step One: Grab your base, I'm using cute Sungmin from Super Junior. X3
Step Two: Duplicate your base & set it to Overlay.
Step Three: Go to >Image, Adjustments, Curves(Ctrl+M). Set the Output at 142 & the Input at 101.
Step Four: Flatten your image & go to >Image, Adjustments, Color Balance. Enter the following:
Shadows
Cyan: +60
Magenta: +31
Yellow: +54
Midtones
Cyan: +43
Magenta: +33
Yellow: +41
Highlights
Cyan: +11
Magenta: +7
Yellow: -3
Step Five: Make a new layer(Shift+Ctrl+N). Grab your Fill Tool(Or just press G) & fill it with e77b8b. Set it to Pin Light, & the Opacity 18%.
Step Six: Add this texture
& set it to Soft Light, Opacity 66%.
Now add some text & brushes & you have a cute pink tinted icon! X333
