The objective of this tutorial is to help you add clouds to any type of skyline
001: Open a clear blue (high resolution) sky/scene
002: Duplicate the background layer; turn off the eyeball only on the lock layer
003: On the new layer - choose Filter >> Render >> Clouds
004: Change the blending mode for this cloud layer to "screen"
005: Add a "reveal all" layer mask by choosing Layer >> Layer Mask >> Reveal All
006: Make sure both of your toolbar color palettes are black
007: Choose a large size paintbrush - you may need to switch brush to smaller size.
Use "[]" to change brush size on your keyboard. "[" to make smaller and "]" to make bigger or vise-visa.
008: Paint anywhere on the photo where you do not want clouds
009: layer >> Flatten Image
You should see a cloudy sky, like you wanted.
