First off, find your pattern.
I'll be using this one.
Go to Layer > New Fill Layer > Solid Color.
Change the mode to Color.
Play around with the color until you find one you like.
I chose C1AD92.
Click OK.
The color may have washed out your pattern.
If this happened, link the layers.
Then go to Layer > Merge Linked.
Duplicate the Layer again, and set it to Multiply.
Play around with the Opacity until it looks decent.
Final Result:
