001.) First you will need to add text using the
text tool. So, so far you should have your text.
002.)Ok. So next go to Edit>>Copy. Then open up a new document and make sure all of the text can fit into it! Then fill it with what color you want the outlined to be. I selected Lime for an example. Then you go to Edit>>Paste>>Paste as New Selection. Position it where you want it to be then click once. So, so far.
003.) Then while its still selected go to Selections>>Modify>>Expand.
004.) Then select how much you want it wide or how much pixels wide you want it to be. So I chose 4.
