Tutorial
Click on thumbnailed images to enlarge
	[1] - Open up a new image, here im using Kelly Clarkson
[2] - Create new raster layer
[3] - Select your Flood Fill Tool
[4] - Go over to your color pallete and select Gradiant
[5] - Click on the color pallete that has different colors
[6] - Click the area next to the mulit-colores
[7] - Select a color you like OR make your own
- Press edit unerneath the multi-colored pallete
- Change the colors & postion it to where you want
- Press OK
[8] - If you still have your Flood Fill Tool still selected
 right click on the image and it should cover your image (NOTE: MAKE SURE YOUR ON THE RASTER 1 NOT THE BACKGROUND!)
[9] - Click on Layers >> Properties...on the properties instead of havnig normal, make it Color (Legacy)
[10] - This is what your image should look like
[11] - SAVE IT!
