In this tutorial, you wil learn how to take a regular image and add a some-what grungy effect, using only MS paint.
I will be using my idol, Camile Velasco to demonstrate.
Here is the image that I will be using.
Step 1: Open up your MS paint.
Step 2: Open up your image onto MS paint.File >> Open >> browse for your image >> okay
Step 3: Save your image as a GIF. File >> Save as >> GIF

Your final result should look something like this:
