Rain effect.

This is how you add rain to your photos =]

First, you'll need to get your photo.
I used this one:


Okay, so open up PSP and then open up your photo.

Make a new raster layer with a black background using the fill tool -->

So far, it should look like this:



Now, making sure the layer "Raster2" is selected, go to Adjust->Add/remove noise-> Add noise.

Make your settings like this:


Click "Okay".

After that, go to Adjust->Blur->Motion Blur.

Make your settings similar to these:


Now your screen should look like this:



Okay, so now we're going to play around with the transparency of raster2.

Go to your layers palette and look for the little thing that looks like this:


Just play around with that button until you get the desired look! =]

This is my finished product:



Note: This is the most simple rain effect. You can play around and get different effects if you want. :pinch:
