First, use an image. Any image. Im gonna use this one of Kelly Clarkson.
Second, Click Adjust, Then Add/Remove Noise, Then Edge Preserving Smooth..
Third, A pop up should come up. With a before and after picture and so on..Make sure the ammount of smoothing is 30.
Then Click OK
and WULA! Your done..easy or what?
