Click on thumbnailed images to enlarge
	1 You can start off with a plain white background, or an image you want to put the sprinkles/sparkles on.
2 Click on your BRUSH TOOL and select any of the following preset brushes that I circled in red. I chose "Star 55 pixels."

3 On the right side, there's this little icon thing.

Click on it and it will toggle the brushes palette.
Then, follow me...


4 You're done! :) Draw on your image and see what you've made!

Saving as a brush...
Go to EDIT > DEFINE BRUSH PRESET... > Name it whatever you want > OK
It will now be stored in your brushes!
